Processing Time

Which Visa do you wish to apply?

Passport

  • Current Passport with a validity of at least six months from the date of entry in China.
  • Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages
  • Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages
  • Old passport if any

Photograph

  • Two recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) and taken within the last 3 months
  • Applicant full face must be clearly visible without any headgear taken against a plain white background

Accommodation

  • Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher
  • We recommend to book refundable hotel booking just in case your visa gets rejected

Cover Letter

  • A Covering letter from the Applicant on A4 Size Paper (if Employed) or else on Business Letter Head (if Self Employed)

ID Proof

  • Employee ID and a NOC from your Company mentioning either the current physical address in India or remote working

GST Copy

  • If Self Employed, a GST copy is mandatory

Salary Slip

  • Last 3 months salary slip

  • Kindly share the host confirmation letter
