Bank Statement
Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement with minimum maintained Balance of Rs.75,000 or above signed and attested by a bank official
In case applicant is self employed then company's 6 month bank statement is also required
All bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week
Cover Letter
A Covering letter from the Applicant on A4 Size Paper and stamped from the employer (if Employed) or else on Business Letter Head (if Self Employed)

USA/UK/Schengen visa (valid for at least 6 months), and the applicant must have visited at least once to one of the above-mentioned countries
