Processing Time

Which Visa do you wish to apply?

Passport

Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from Saudi Arabia
Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages
Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages
Old Passports, if any, needs to be carried too

Photograph

One recent colored passport size photograph.
Applicant’s full face must be clearly visible without any headgear taken against a plain white background

Flight Ticket

Applicant needs to provide confirmed/booked round trip flight tickets to Saudi Arabia
We recommend to book refundable tickets just in case your visa gets rejected

Accommodation

Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher
We recommend to book refundable hotel booking just in case your visa gets rejected
In case staying with relative/friend then there Local address in Singapore along with their Id proof copy along with invitation letter from their end

Bank Statement

Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement with minimum maintained Balance of Rs.75,000 or above signed and attested by a bank official
In case applicant is self employed then company's 6 month bank statement is also required
All bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week

Cover Letter

A Covering letter from the Applicant on A4 Size Paper and stamped from the employer (if Employed) or else on Business Letter Head (if Self Employed)

Other Documents

USA/UK/Schengen visa (valid for at least 6 months), and the applicant must have visited at least once to one of the above-mentioned countries
